Challenge
When culture and community come together in the water, the story needs a team that can keep up.
DLUX Visuals was brought on to capture A Great Day in the Stoke, a Black Surfers contest held in Huntington Beach, celebrating diversity, community, and the sport of surfing. Our team was on-site to document the energy of the event from the sand to the shoreline.
From heats in the water to the celebrations on the beach, our team captured the spirit of the competition and the community behind it — creating content that told the full story of the day, not just the highlights.
